Privacy notice

Draft for review · 15 October 2026. The operator’s legal identity and privacy contact must be confirmed before public launch. This notice is not legal advice.

Information you provide

Resideed stores your account email and optional name, property addresses, insurance claim details, trade business names, licence numbers, ABNs, work descriptions, servicing dates and uploaded job photos. Avoid recording unnecessary personal information about other people.

Why we use it

Your information is used to provide sign-in, store and display property records, show servicing due dates and provide buyer views when you enable sharing. Resideed uses Lovable Cloud for account, record and photo storage. Australian-only storage or processing has not been confirmed.

Buyer links and photos

Sharing is off by default. Enabling a buyer link makes the property history—including claims, trade records, servicing notes and job photos—accessible without sign-in. Anyone with the link can forward it or save a copy. Turn sharing off from your property passport to stop new access; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Photo links already issued may remain accessible for up to one hour.

Address suggestions

When you type an address, the search text is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service for Australian address suggestions. You can also enter the address manually. OpenStreetMap privacy policy

Account storage and advertising

Your browser stores sign-in information to keep your session active. No Zeely integration or advertising tracking has been added as part of this launch preparation. Any future advertising measurement will need its own privacy and consent review.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete individual claims, trade records, reminders and photos. Account settings let you permanently delete your account, property records and job photos, which also removes buyer access. Deletion may partially complete if a service fails; the account screen will tell you to retry. Infrastructure backups and service logs may persist according to provider retention practices; those periods have not yet been confirmed.
